Brian Bloye: He is the Founder and Lead Pastor of West Ridge Church. In addition to seeing the metro Atlanta area reached for Christ, he has a passion to see churches planted all over the world. Since 1997, in just 12 years, West Ridge has grown to over 4200 in regular weekly attendance. The church has been involved in planting 49 other churches around Georgia and the US. Five years ago, West Ridge launched the West Ridge School of Church Planting. Brian is also the Founder and President of Engage Atlanta, an organization that is bringing the pastors of Atlanta together for the purpose of community transformation. Brian has a B.S. degree from Liberty University and an M. Div. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Amy have two boys, Taylor, and Zachary.

Caleb Crider: He is a missionary, writer, and teacher. After serving as a church-planting strategist in Barcelona, Spain, Caleb returned to the U.S. to help prepare the American church for the challenges of ministry in a post-Christian context. Mark DeYmaz: He is the Founding Pastor and Directional Leader of the Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas, a multi-ethnic and economically diverse church where significant percentages of Black and White Americans, together with men and women from more than 30 nations, walk, work and worship God together as one.

Casey Graham: He is the Founder of and Chief Bean Creator for The Change Group. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mountain Lake Church in Cumming, Georgia. Charles Hill: He is a founding pastor, church planter, blogger and conference creator. Charles and his wife Tiffany and their three children planted New Hope in 2002 in a small town of 2,800 people. Chris Mavity: A ministry veteran of 22 years, Pastor Chris Mavity joined the leadership staff at North Coast Church in 1997. Sherry Surratt: She serves as the Director for Women's Initiatives in Leadership for Leadership Network, where her passion for helping women reach their leadership potential shines through. William Vanderbloemen: Prior to his work with FaithSearch and Cypress Creek, William led growth and innovation in churches in North Carolina, Alabama, and Houston. During his time in Alabama, William had the chance to help rebuild and relocate an ailing congregation, and lead them to new levels of growth. At 31, he was elected Senior Pastor for the First Presbyterian Church of Houston, a church about 5000 strong and Houston’s oldest congregation.
William is regularly invited to speak across the country in both church services, and as a resource to churches and conferences on leadership.
William holds degrees from Wake Forest University and Princeton Theological Seminary.
William, his wife Adrienne, their six children, and their two poodles live in Houston. They are expecting a baby, the seventh child, in January.

Carlos Whittaker: He is an artist, pastor, thinker, experience architect, and Web 2.0 junkie. Carlos served as the Director of Service Programming at the Buckhead Church in Atlanta. John Worcester: Over the last 30 years the Worcester’s have planted and pastored seven churches in a variety of settings, as well as apprenticed and coached dozens of other planters. He has trained 5,000 church planters, and missionaries from over 30 countries, and 42 denominations. While on Saddleback staff, John created a Purpose Driven Church Planting Basic Training curriculum that helps church planters contextualize and practically apply the Biblical principles found in the Purpose Driven Church. David Yeghnazar: In 1998 David joined Elam Ministries, a leading Christian mission to the Iran region. His addition to the leadership team has been invaluable in increasing the scope and effectiveness of the entire ministry. Elam specializes in training Christians from the Iran region for ministry; producing and distributing key Christian resources in the region; and taking the Gospel to the people in the region through various mission and relief efforts. Elam has played a significant role in the recent unprecedented growth of the Iranian church. For over 20 years David was an active member of the Iranian Christian Fellowship (ICF) in London, filling various lay leadership roles in the church since 1991. Anthony Evans: For the past six years Anthony has been a solo artist; writing, arranging, and singing around the globe. He has recorded four albums: “Even More”, “Letting Go”, “The Bridge,” and most recently his debut Christmas album “What Christmas Means.” All three of Anthony’s major releases were written at times in life when he was trying to understand the depth of God’s love. As the message of “The Bridge” conveys, Anthony is content to worship as God leads him on this incredible journey.
Anthony has teamed with varying organizations including the Billy Graham Evangelical Association, LifeWay, Women of Faith, Promise Keepers, and many more, as his heart and their messages have crossed. Anthony currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee. He spends most of his free time with his close friends or on a local farm with his horses.

Todd Nichols: He is the Worship & Creative Arts Pastor of Mountain Lake Church. He leads a ministry team of over 200 people and has been a part of launching a multi-site strategy for Mountain Lake Church. Todd, his wife, Jenee, and daughter, Lucy live in Cumming, Georgia.
